Yay!!
So off we went to a beautiful, tucked-away in the city,and absolutely serene getaway spot called AFRICAN ROOTS in Polokwane(South Africa). This place I recommend to anyone looking to visit Limpopo, or simply just needing to recharge and meditate before getting back into the hectic world that we live in. The food..divine, the rooms(we were in the Luxury Queen suite)..breathtaking beauty, the surroundings..serenity defined. Absolutely WOW!!!!

Safe to say I will visit again very soon!!

The beginning of a lifelong adventure

Yay!!! This is the start of my passion- taking "mini-holidays" and sharing my experiences with everyone that loves the simple pleasures in life.

Once a month(or twice if I'm lucky), I will be visiting a hotel,a lodge, a getaway, a holiday spot....any place that might bring me some form of serenity,& I will be reporting back on my experiences. Pictures,videos.....everything!! It will be a beautiful & bumpy ride!!

In addition, I will be sharing some of the things I enjoy doing when I am "retreating". Music,Wedding-invite designs, dance moves...anything!!

I'm quirky, I know. But this is what do to keep in touch with my inner self & stay sane in this insanely chaotic world.
